ID: 20183 0 The "South Beach" summer holiday village is located in immediate proximity to the southern beach of the town of Tsarevo – the "Nestinarka" Beach. It is situated some 50 m away from the seashore, on a parcel with a total area of 6267 sq.m, a built-up area of 2600 sq.m and a garden area of 3600 sq.m.
The Cherna River, which forms a beautiful sea lagoon on the very coast, flows into the Black Sea some 100 m northwest of the summer holiday village. The many small and romantic Black Sea bays, the wooded hills of the Strandja Mountain and the quiet Cherna River coexist here in unique harmony. The visitors here will inevitably feel the gentle puff of breeze, the scent of the sea and the cool freshness of the mountain. These marvelous conditions make the region one of the most beautiful and preferred spots for recreation.
The town of Primorsko, where an airport serving the tourists traveling to Southeastern Bulgarian is to be built in 2006, is situated 14 km away from the town of Tsarevo. The location of the Complex offers easy and convenient access for own and public means of transportation and connection with the first class highway to the city of Istanbul. The entire area has excellently developed infrastructure. The town has well-established traditions in tourism, dating back to the remote past.
The town of Tsarevo is part of the Thracian-Strandjan region of the Southern Bulgarian province. This region is characterized by specific transitory Mediterranean climate, which is formed under the influence of the three closest seas – the Black Sea, the White Sea and the Marble Sea. This is one of the reasons why the average temperatures in the area are 2-3 degrees higher. In respect to its chemical structure the sea water here is among some of the best in the world. Compared to the sea water of the northern Black Sea it is 3-4 degrees warmer. The entire region is characterized by mild winter with temperatures no lower than 10 degrees Celsius. Because of its 270 days of sunshine annually the Tsarevo coastal area is known as the sunniest part of Bulgaria.
The Complex consists of three buildings. Each of the buildings includes: a ground floor, five residential floors and an attic apartment floor. The buildings have been constructed in most original national style. They offer luxurious one-room and two-room apartments with an area of 50-85 sq.m. In accordance with the desires of the clients it is possible that the separate apartments be united or their structure modified. 85% of the apartments overlook the sea. High quality materials creating a sense of luxury and coziness have been used in the interior arrangement of the apartments.
The complex disposes of a large open-air swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant with 150 seats, completely furnished in national style. The ground floors of two of the buildings offer a total of 35 garage cells. The ground floor of the central building of the Complex houses a SPA center, a hairdresser’s, a beauty parlor and shops.
